3 Skin Friendly & Guilt Free Desserts In Summer

We were talking about spring last time, a week later, summer is officially here in southern California!

It's bikini season, but no worry, we can still enjoy our beloved desserts in summer time, guilt free and skin friendly! We picked three desserts perfect for our sweet tooth and our skin:


1. Pear Frangipane Tart

Pears are great source of dietary fiber cleansing our body and good for our skin.

2. Buckwheat Waffles with Fresh Ricotta and Citrus

35 mins to make, makes 6

Giving your skin a morning boost of Vitamin C. Instead of regular waffle, try this Buckwheat Waffles with Fresh Ricotta and Citrus. Dietary fiber and Vitaminc together, why not?

3.  Crepes with Sautéed Bananas and Chocolate

In summer, we sweat a lot. With the sweat, much of Potassium is loosing from our body. To stay balanced, Banana which is full of Potassium is a perfect fruit in summer. 10% of Potassium in our body exists in our skin, when our body lacks Potassium, our skin looks dull. 

Top crepes with warm, sweet, buttery bananas and a drizzle of dark chocolate, and you have an elegant dessert.
